2002: Unite Communication Expands Its Services
Unite expands its services by adding One number and Virtual attendant options, catering to companies with mobile staff.
2004: Unite Communication Expands Across Canada
Unite expands its offerings across Canada, reaching a broader customer base.
2007: New Head Office Established
Unite establishes a new Head Office in Markham, Ontario, which is known as the Tech Capital of Canada.
2008: Unite Acquires Hosted Voicemail Provider
Unite Communications acquires the Hosted Voicemail division of Tigertel Canada, further expanding its services and reach.
2009: Unite Adds Hosted PBX (VoIP) Services
Unite added Hosted PBX (VoIP) services to its portfolio, enhancing its communication solutions.
2012: Unite introduced Audio Conferencing services
Unite introduced Audio Conferencing services, broadening its range of offerings.
2014: Unite launched its Medical Fax Solution
Unite launched its Medical Fax Solution and integrated with one of Canada's premier medical records software companies
2018: Unite acquired Hosted PBX Provider Digital Renaissance Man
Unite acquired Hosted PBX Provider Digital Renaissance Man, continuing to strengthen its services.
2019: Unite introduced SMS services
Unite introduced SMS services, becoming one of the first providers to enable clients to send and receive SMS using their numbers.
2020: Unite acquired First Cloud Telecom
Unite acquired First Cloud Telecom, a provider of Hosted PBX services, expanding its offerings further.
